How it works
Three steps. We do the heavy lifting.
No technical skills needed. We handle setup and connections. You tell us how you work and approve what goes out.

We learn your business
AI Team Blueprint call
We learn your workflow, show you our own AI team live, and recommend which assistants to start with.
- 2
We build your AI team
Build & connect
We set up your team, connect your tools (Gmail, Google Drive, your calendar, your social scheduler and more), tune it to your voice and test it with you.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI assistant team?
A set of AI assistants, each with a specific job (marketing, social media, research, CRM and more), that work together through your connected tools, with a manager coordinating them.
How is this different from a regular chatbot?
A chatbot waits for you to type. Your G&K team is connected to your tools, trained on your business and voice, and runs routines on a schedule. We build it, run it and keep it tuned for you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We handle setup and connections. You tell us how you work.
What tools does it work with?
Common ones include Gmail, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets, Calendly and social schedulers. We confirm what fits your setup on the Blueprint call.
Will it send or post without my approval?
Only if you want it to. Most clients start in draft-and-approve mode.
Will it replace my staff?
It's built to take busywork off your team so people can focus on clients and the work that needs a human.
What about my data and privacy?
Your assistants connect only to the accounts you choose, using each tool's own permissions, and you can disconnect anytime. Read our privacy policy.
How long does setup take?
It depends on scope. You'll get a clear timeline after your Blueprint call.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer, based on how many assistants you need. Software is passed through at cost with no markup. See how pricing works; we recommend a tier on your Blueprint call.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Your AI team runs on our system and keeps working through the end of your notice period, then we turn it off and remove our access to your accounts. We don't hand over or copy the setup: we put our name behind every system, it needs ongoing upkeep, and we can't guarantee performance if someone else is making changes to it. Your emails, files, calendar and CRM records stay in your own accounts, since they were always yours. Setup fees aren't refundable because they cover work already done. We also back every setup with a money-back guarantee: your AI team will perform the tasks we agree on, or you get your money back.
What does the setup fee cover?
Designing your team, connecting your tools, training it on your business and voice, and testing it with you before it goes live.
Can I add or remove assistants later?
Yes. Add assistants as you grow; add-ons added mid-cycle are prorated.
Who's behind G&K?
Co-owners Adam Kofsky and Nick Giannakopoulos, based in Lake Mary, FL and Holland, PA, working virtually with businesses everywhere. We run our own businesses on this setup.
